This is the rubric of the assignment
One of the most important skill for the graduate student is the ability to learn independently. Building on your ChatLing.AI experience from previous assignment, you will identify a construction-related problem and develop an AI solution using a different AI platform. This assignment challenges you to apply your AI development skills independently while addressing real construction industry needs.
Step 1: Problem Identification
Choose a construction-related problem that could benefit from AI automation. If you can find the problem which is currently related to your job, you will receive extra credit for it.
The problem should be more complex than simple Q&A or basic calculations
Problem should require multiple steps or data processing
Explain why this problem is significant in construction management

Step 2: AI Tool Selection
Select an AI platform/tool other than ChatLing.AI or basic ChatGPT
Justify your choice of platform based on the problem requirements
